You can sense the excitement all over but the atmosphere is still very relaxed. After finishing off what has to be done, it ‘s time for a coffee and a quick snack, before leaving the village.

So we stop by Sousouro and ask Fofi for the usual… greek coffee and avocado on toast. Really good coffee and mashed avocado on toasted, home baked, wholewheat bread with linseed. As good as it gets! Tasty and healthy.
